This place was a strong match for a swift stopover in Morelia with great value for the money. The heated swimming pool was a nice surprise after a long day. Try to get a room away from the hall for more privacy.

the room was quiet and huge with an exceptionally comfortable bed and a shower, a hairdryer and bath sheets in the bathroom. the location was favourable, for example, palace of art was just a short walk away from the hotel. the staff was amicable all the time.

The room was very dark, the breakfast was nothing special.

Upon our arrival we asked if they could put our rooms near the pool because we had small went to a party, it turns out that only one because as it was busy and sent us as the most neglected rooms and far awayBut the biggest problem and still waiting for the manager to communicate with a servant for attention and has not done so being that the girl at the reception said that the manager would dial me instead of calling the housekeeper and see what happened, In my daughter's room when we had breakfast in the dining room, they entered the room, took the key that she left for the light and took the bath towels. I signed a document of responsibility and to top it off, they made coffee in the room.

Staff were very attentive and cute . The queen room I booked offered comfortable beds, though the room itself had a somewhat outdated appearance. Unfortunately, I couldn't open the windows for fresh air. The pool area was clean and inviting, perfect for a refreshing swim after a busy day. Breakfast included a decent selection, but I found some of the food quality lacking freshness.

Bedding is very good.

The room smells bad. The stuffs have very poor English. We booked prepaid room, but were charged at check-in. The reception could not explain to us why in English. Very frustrating. We are waiting for our credit card statement to find out whether we are double charged. We stayed for a week. We had breakfast between 7:30 and 8:00 am. Lots of food containers are empty. I could not get hot water for tea for two mornings because the staffs are too busy to bring foods to table.

The staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient. I couldn't open the windows for fresh air in the room.

Had an awesome group trip here! We loved the garden area with the pool. The nearby zoo was a hit, especially for the animal lovers. Plus, we enjoyed watching our favorite shows on the big TV in the room. Definitely recommend it!

The complimentary water and coffee in the room were a nice touch, and the pool area was well-maintained. The stale air in the handicapped accessible room detracted from the experience, and the shower plumbing was quite confusing were good. While breakfast had a decent selection, I opted out most days. The stay was satisfactory, but improvements are needed in certain areas.

I had a wonderful stay with lots of complimentary goodies in the room like water and coffee. The staff at breakfast were super attentive. The clean pool and relaxing garden area were perfect for unwinding after exploring the city. The only downside was that I couldn't open the windows for some fresh air, but overall I’d definitely recommend this place! 😊

Staying at this hotel was a great experience as it is just a short walk to iconic landmarks like the Acueducto de Morelia and the fine Tarascas Fountain. I also appreciated the variety of nearby restaurants and shopping options, perfect for grabbing a bite after a day of sightseeing.
